When we first started our company, we were mainly working on foundations and framing. Later, we got our building license and realized that constructing homes was becoming more and more unaffordable. To meet this need, we decided to begin producing modular homes.

With modulars, we can create the same house that we would typically do on-site, however using modular methods we can build more affordably by doing as much assembly as possible at our shop before shipping the home to the client’s property.  Our modulars stay dry during construction and can be built in about half the time that would typically be required on site.
