Providence Custom Homes is a family-run business dedicated to making home ownership achievable. Originally focused on traditional home building, we recognized the financial challenges faced by families. To address this, we adopted modular construction methods which allow us to build homes more efficiently, saving both time and money.

Our streamlined process includes in-house drafting and design services, simplifying the building journey and making it as enjoyable as possible for our clients.

What to expect:

Step 1

Our very first step is to meet and discuss what you are looking for! There is also the potential of a site visit to make sure modular would suit your needs.

Step 2

Next we’ll discuss home requirements and your vision for the property.  Based on that we’ll begin to draw a first draft of the home plans and create a preliminary budget.

Step 3

Together we’ll work to finalize the home plans and details of construction.  We can then finalize the budget and apply for permits. 

Step 4

Once permits are received we begin constructing the modular portion of the home. This typically takes 3 months. Approximately halfway through this portion we begin on-site work allowing us to install the modular home onto the foundation once completed.

Step 5

We now Install the newly built home on-site and complete the finishing. The modular portion is usually a couple weeks to complete and the on-site portion can vary depending on the project. 

Step 6

We’ll finalize city inspections, have a client walkthrough of their new home, and then it’s time to move in!

Fire stripped this family of their farm house and countless memories. The privilege of rebuilding them a foundation and a place to call home has been truly special. More pics and a reel to come!
Another way we can make the build time on our modular homes so much quicker is by having a site crew preparing the foundation while the home is being built off site. In less than a week we’ll have a beautiful home sitting here to enjoy the view
